Fixed monthly fee. No percentage-of-spend billing. Clear reporting, working tracking, campaigns built to convert.
Why it matters
Most Google Ads agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend — typically 10–20% per month on top of the management fee. That means the more you spend, the more they earn, regardless of whether the campaigns are actually working. Our packages are fixed monthly pricing. The same fee whether you are spending $1,000/month or $5,000/month.
Google Ads can work. The problem is the platform is designed to incentivise spending, not performance. Without proper campaign structure, working conversion tracking, and continuous optimisation, budgets disappear fast with nothing to show for it.
We have managed millions in ad spend across campaigns in Europe and Turkey. We know exactly where budgets get wasted, and we build campaigns that do not waste them.
Fixed setup. Working conversion tracking from day one. Monthly reporting that shows spend, results, and cost per conversion — not just impressions.
What every package includes
Negative keyword lists built from the start. Low-intent search terms excluded before they cost money. We structure campaigns so the budget reaches buyers, not browsers.
Conversion tracking configured and verified before any campaign goes live. If we cannot measure what happens after a click, we will not run the campaign. Most agencies skip this step.
One monthly fee regardless of your ad budget. No percentage-of-spend markup. No incentive for us to increase your budget unless it actually improves results.
Monthly reports showing what you spent, what you got, and what it cost per lead or sale. No vanity metrics. No hiding behind impressions when conversions are the point.
Your ad spend goes directly from your account to Google — it never passes through us. Increase or reduce it at any time. We manage the strategy, you control the investment.
Monthly, 6-month, or annual billing. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice. Longer commitments save up to 15%.
When does Google Ads make sense?
Google Ads works best when your customers are already searching for what you sell. If someone types "emergency plumber London" or "accountant for small business Sydney," they are a buyer right now. Google Ads puts you in front of them at that exact moment.
It tends to work less well for products people do not know to search for, or for building brand awareness from scratch. In those cases, social media advertising is often a stronger starting point.
For many businesses, both channels work together: Google Ads captures demand from buyers already searching; social ads build awareness with people who have not started searching yet. See our Social Media Management packages for organic social coverage.

Frequently asked questions
Is the ad spend included in the management fee?
No. The management fee covers strategy, setup, and optimisation. Your ad spend goes directly from your account to Google. You control the budget and can adjust it at any time.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
A practical starting budget is $1,000–$3,000/month in ad spend. Below $500/month, most markets do not provide enough data for the algorithm to optimise properly. The right budget depends on your industry, competition level, and cost-per-click — we advise on this at kickoff.
How long before I see results?
Initial data appears within the first two weeks. Meaningful results — enough to make informed optimisation decisions — typically take 4–8 weeks. Google Ads generally shows faster results than social ads because it captures existing search demand rather than building new awareness.
What if my campaigns are not performing?
We will tell you why. Whether it is a keyword problem, a bid strategy issue, a landing page problem, or an offer that does not convert, we diagnose and communicate clearly. We do not report spend and call it a success if conversions are not happening.
Do I need a website before starting?
Yes. Google Ads without a functional landing page is wasted spend. If your website is not set up to convert visitors, we will tell you before we run anything. We can refer you to our WordPress website packages if you need a build first.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who guarantees specific Google Ads results is either misleading you or does not understand the platform. We can commit to proper setup, working tracking, and continuous optimisation — the inputs that give campaigns the best chance of performing.
Do I keep access to my Google Ads account?
Yes, always. You retain full ownership and access to your Google Ads account. We are added as a manager, not as the owner. If you ever leave, the account and its history stays with you.
Can I adjust my budget mid-campaign?
Yes. Budget changes should be discussed with us so we can adjust bidding strategy accordingly, but you can increase or reduce spend at any time. We will advise if a change is likely to affect performance.
What is the difference between monthly, 6-month, and annual billing?
Monthly billing gives full flexibility with 30 days notice to cancel. 6-month agreements save 10%. Annual agreements save 15%. You can switch from monthly to a longer commitment at any point and receive a pro-rated credit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel an annual plan early?
Annual plans are non-refundable, but you can pause services for up to 2 months within the contract period. After the annual period ends, you can renew or move to monthly billing.
