Not required. If you have hosting already, we will use it. If not, we recommend suitable options based on your package and guide you through setup at no extra cost.
Does the price include domain and hosting?
No. The package price covers the build and setup. Domain registration (typically $15–$20/year) and hosting ($20–$80/month depending on your needs) are separate costs you control directly. We advise on the right hosting setup at kickoff.
What if I do not have my content ready?
We need your core business information and service descriptions to build the pages. Professional page structuring is included; copywriting is not. The project timeline begins after content is received.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You receive full ownership of the domain, hosting account, and all website files. The site is built on standard WordPress — any developer can continue the work after handover. No lock-in, no proprietary system, no ongoing fees to us.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. WordPress is designed for non-technical users. You can edit pages, add blog posts, update services, and manage content without involving a developer. We walk you through the essentials at handover.
What happens if I use all my revision rounds?
Each package includes 1–4 comprehensive revision rounds; multiple changes per round are fine. Additional rounds are available at a modest cost if needed.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
All packages include 30 days of technical support for setup-related issues. After that period, additional support is available at our standard rate. Ongoing maintenance packages are also available.
Can you migrate my existing website to WordPress?
Yes. We migrate sites from Wix, Squarespace, and other platforms. Migration scope depends on the number of pages and content volume — the Pro Launch package includes content migration. For larger migrations, get in touch for a custom scope.
