Do I need to provide content and ideas?
Not constantly, but your input is valuable. During onboarding, you'll give us background on your brand, products, and audience. After that, we create content independently. However, if you have specific promotions, launches, or announcements, just let us know and we'll work them into the calendar.
What if I don't like the content you create?
We send content calendars for approval before anything goes live. You have full review rights. If something doesn't match your brand voice, we revise it. That said, we also need some creative freedom to do what works — if you're micromanaging every word, social media management probably isn't the right fit.
Can you use photos from my business?
Yes, if you provide them. We use photos you supply, stock photos, or create custom graphics. For Pro package clients, we can coordinate monthly photoshoots (you provide location/products, we guide the photographer). Professional photography costs are separate but we handle coordination.
Do you respond to comments and DMs?
No. Community management (responding to comments and DMs) is not included in our packages. You maintain direct communication with your audience — you know your customers and products best. We create the content strategy and posts; you handle the conversations. For Pro clients, we do provide crisis monitoring and will alert you immediately to any serious reputation issues that need your attention.
What if someone leaves a negative comment or review?
You'll handle responses directly since you manage your own community interactions. For Pro clients with crisis monitoring, we'll alert you immediately if we spot serious reputation issues that need urgent attention, and we can advise on response strategy. We never delete negative feedback unless it's spam or violates platform rules.
Can I see the content before it posts?
Yes, you approve monthly content calendars before anything is scheduled. However, if you want to review every single post individually before it goes live, that creates bottlenecks and defeats the purpose of hiring social media management. We need trust and reasonable creative freedom to be effective.
What's the difference between monthly, 6-month, and annual billing?
Monthly gives you complete flexibility — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. 6-month and annual plans offer significant discounts (save up to $4,800/year on Pro) in exchange for commitment. All plans include the same services; the only difference is billing period and price.
Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-contract?
Yes. Contact us and we'll calculate the pro-rated credit from your monthly payments and apply it toward an annual plan. You'll start saving immediately.
What happens if I prepay annual but want to cancel early?
Annual plans are non-refundable, but you can pause services for up to 2 months within the contract period (for seasonality, etc.). After the annual period ends, you can choose to renew or go month-to-month.
