Fixed-price Shopify builds. Built to sell, handed over fully, owned by you.
Why it matters
You have products people want. You are ready to sell them online. But between payment processors, shipping calculators, inventory management, abandoned cart emails, and fifty different apps that all promise to boost your conversions, actually launching feels impossible.
Here is what we have learned from launching dozens of Shopify stores: most fail not because the products are wrong or the marketing is bad, but because the store itself creates too much friction.
Checkout takes too long. Pages load slowly. The mobile experience is terrible. Important information is buried. Customers cannot find what they are looking for.
Shopify is powerful, but only if it is set up correctly from the start. The right theme, the right apps, the right structure — these decisions compound over time. We set it up properly so the store works from day one.
What every package includes
We install only proven apps that work together. No dozens of conflicting plugins slowing your store down or breaking checkout at the worst possible moment.
Clean Shopify setup optimised for mobile purchases and fast checkout. No experimental theme hacks that break during updates. Built to sell, not just to look good.
Technical assistance does not end at launch. Every package includes 30–120 days of support for setup-related issues, depending on tier.
Store, domain, customer data — all yours. Standard Shopify setup that any developer can work with if needed. No lock-in, no proprietary system.
What is in the package is what you get. Clearly defined before we start. No scope creep, no invoice surprises, no "that was extra" conversations.
3–6 weeks depending on package. Known start date, known delivery date. You know exactly when your store goes live.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have a Shopify account before we start?
No. We set one up for you. Shopify costs $39–$399/month depending on which plan suits your store size and features.
Does the Shopify monthly fee come with the package?
No. The package price covers the build and setup. Your ongoing Shopify subscription ($39–$399/month) is paid directly to Shopify and is separate from our fee. We advise on the right plan for your store size at kickoff.
What if I have more products than my package allows?
The product limits refer to what we configure and optimise during the build. If you have 80 products and start with the Store Foundation package, we configure 50 during the build and you add the remaining 30 after handover using Shopify's straightforward product management. We can also scope an extended product upload as an add-on at kickoff.
What happens if I use all my revision rounds?
Each package includes 1 (Quick Launch), 2 (Store Foundation), or 4 (Pro Setup) comprehensive revision rounds. Multiple changes per round are fine. Additional revision rounds are available at a modest cost if needed.
Can you take professional product photos?
No. Product photography is not included. You will need to provide your product images. They do not need to be professionally shot, but they should be clear, well-lit, and show the product accurately.
Do you write product descriptions?
For Quick Launch, you provide descriptions and we format them. For Store Foundation and Pro Setup, we optimise the descriptions you provide, improving structure, readability, and SEO alignment.
Do you set up payments and shipping?
Yes, completely. We configure your payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or your preferred processor) and set up shipping zones, rates, and rules based on where you sell and your pricing structure.
Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We migrate stores from WooCommerce, Squarespace Commerce, and other platforms. Migration scope depends on product count and order history requirements. The Pro Setup package includes content migration. For larger migrations, get in touch for a custom scope.
Can I manage the store myself after launch?
Absolutely. Shopify is designed for non-technical store owners. Adding products, processing orders, viewing analytics, running discounts — you can handle all of this yourself. We walk you through the essentials at handover.
